Curious at heart, after a professional experience in Canada, I decided to pursue my career in France, the country where I was born and raised.
Originally from the South of France, I have always been driven by authenticity and the discovery of our terroirs.
I had the pleasure, for several years, of introducing a high-end foreign clientele to the cultural and gastronomic wealth of France.
With this experience, my wish is to share off-the-beaten track, local, authentic and unusual escapades.
